You can also log in with your identity verification ID and PIN. This ID can be found in the letter with your access data.

In the App Sparkasse, you can see your login name under Profile > Settings > Manage account credentials > Select account.

After three failed PIN attempts, access is temporarily blocked. With the correct PIN and an order approval via the S-pushTAN-App or TAN input, the block can be lifted directly.
